Andres Iniesta ຖືກສະກັດຈາກ FC Barcelona Cameo ໃນຍີ່ປຸ່ນ: ລາຍງານ

Andres Iniesta has been blocked from playing for FC Barcelona this week by his current club Vissel Kobe according to SPORTS.

Barca are on their way to the Far East, where they will face the J-League outfit in a friendly at the National Stadium in Toyko.

Ever since the match was announced, fans online suggested that Barca could reform their legendary midfield of the late 2000s to mid-2010s which featured Sergio Busquets as a pivot supporting Iniesta and current Barca coach Xavi Hernandez.

The trio were highly successful together, winning three Champions League titles plus the 2010 World Cup and 2012 Euros with Spain.

It was suggested that for old time’s sake, Iniesta could play a half for Vissel Kobe and a half in Blaugrana which Iniesta himself showed an appetite for in a video with Busquets.

Any hopes of the three men lining up together were dashed by the news that Busquets will not venture to Japan after announcing that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

Still, Iniesta could have played alongside the likes of Gavi and Frenkie de Jong in the center of the park, which would presumably have meant a great deal to the youngsters.

In the end, though, the final word on the matter rests with Vissel Kobe, who the 39-year-old will also depart from after playing his last match for them on July 1.

The Japanese club want their player to feature solely in their colors because of the “great media impact” the fixture will have in the Asian country, according to SPORT, and they want to show him off as their star.

Over the summer, Iniesta has to chose his next destination amid offers from the United States and Saudi Arabia.

In the Middle East, Iniesta could possibly join Busquets and Messi at Al-Hilal. Though Messi’s father and agent, plus Busquets, have denied this, El Chiringuito reported Messi, Busquets and Jordi Alba as having all accepted proposals from Al-Hilal.

Messi is expected to make a decision on his future at the turn of the week, with SPORTS also reporting that Al-Hilal hope to unveil him as their newest signing on June 6.
