The Board of Directors of Campbell Soup today declared a regular quarterly dividend on Campbell’s capital stock of $0.37 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable Aug. 1, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business July 7, 2022.

Bank of Montreal today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.39 per share on paid-up common shares of Bank of Montreal for the third quarter of fiscal year 2022, a 6 cent, or 5 per cent, increase from the prior quarter, up 31 per cent from the prior year. The dividend on the common shares is payable on August 26, 2022, to shareholders of record on August 2, 2022. The dividends on the preferred shares are payable on August 25, 2022, to shareholders of record on August 2, 2022.

Royal Gold, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its third quarter dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2022.

Merck, known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share of the company’s common stock for the third quarter of 2022. Payment will be made on July 8, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2022.

Digital Realty, the largest global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, announced today its board of directors has authorized quarterly cash dividends for common and preferred stock for the second quarter of 2022. Digital Realty’s board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $1.22 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2022. The common stock cash dividend will be paid on June 30, 2022.
