In line with the prosecutors of South Korea, Do Kwon, the co-founder of Terra is possibly hiding in Europe. Kwon declares that he is not making any effort to hide from the prosecutors of South Korea. The co-founder is reportedly accused of manipulating the capital market of the company.
The prosecutors declared the local reports of Kwon being in Europe is true, as per Bloomberg. Kwon, who has been hiding from prosecutors for the past several months has refused to run away from South Korea and has newly declared he was living in a place of Singapore.
Prosecutors have collected much proof against Do Kwon that justifies the allegation that Terra was reportedly involved in market manipulation. The evidence contained some text messages from Kwon with his employee at the company. An executive of the Prosecutor’s Office told that Kwon was accused of market manipulation. But, the spokesperson of Kwon has refused to agree to the allegations.

On November 4, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from South Korea banned the passport of the co-founder. On the other hand, Kwon is constantly refusing to run away through his recent tweet. Not only this, he has mentioned in his tweet about throwing up a meeting to prove the allegations “false and wrong,” but this seems one more attempt at manipulation.

The prosecutors of South Korea are constantly emphasizing that he is definitely on a run. In September 2022, an arrest warrant was issued against Kwon. Just after that, Interpol slapped him with a red notice (a request to law enforcement all over the world to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action.)
